Ann Rempel, PRP, CPP-T
Ann Rempel, PRP, CPP-T, curriculum director, served as AIP Education Director
for five years and as the curriculum director for the AIP West Coast Practicum for four years.
She has served as the national parliamentarian for both the National Association of Parliamentarians
and the American Institute of Parliamentarians. She has served as a member of the AIP Board of Directors,
the Ethics Committee, Opinions Committee, and the Presidentís Writing Award Committee. She has served
NAP as a district director, secretary, director-at-large, and
as a member of the NAP Communications Committee, Professional Development Committee,
Nominating Committee, the Special Committee on Education and Credentialing,
and the technical subcommittee for the 2011 bylaws revision;
she also chaired the 2009 special committee on NAP governance structure.
Ann served as the editor of the
for four years,
as assistant editor for two years, and is a member of the authorship team for the
AIP Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure
, published by McGraw-Hill in 2012. Ann served as a trustee
for the Lester L. Dahms Memorial Foundation for several years.
In addition, Ann serves clients across the country.
She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and resides in Wichita, Kansas.
Ann is married to Dr. John Rempel, PRP, and they are most proud of their five children,
the childrenís spouses, and the ten grandchildren.
W. Craig Henry is one of approximately 30 persons in the world who has achieved
both the Professional Registered Parliamentarian designation from the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP)
and the Certified Professional Parliamentarian-Teacher certification from the
American Institute of Parliamentarians (AIP). He has over 40 years of experience
with legislative, commercial and nonprofit organizations, associations, boards and other deliberative assemblies.
Craig has served as a facilitator, expert witness, professional presiding officer and organizational strategist
as well as serving in and teaching for both NAP and AIP at the local, state and national levels.

Evan A. Lemoine, MBA, CPA, CFE, CGMA, PRP
Evan is a certified public accountant (CPA),certified fraud examiner (CFE), chartered global
management accountant (CGMA), and a professional registered parliamentarian (PRP) with the National Association
of Parliamentarians. He has a diverse background in audit, tax, technology, and advisory services.
He has experience working with businesses with revenues ranging from $100K to well over $300M. His
industry experience experience includes non-profit entities (professional associations, student organizations,
and homeowners associations), insurance carriers and agencies, manufacturing, restaurants, personal services,
and real estate.
Evan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Connecticut Society of Certified
Public Accountants, Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners,
Rhode Island Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners, National Association of Parliamentarians,
New England Association of Parliamentarians, and Young Professionals in Parliamentary Procedure.
Evan is an adjunct professor with the New England College of Business teaching basic and advanced accounting courses.
